Customer referral programme terms and conditions

The Travelnest referral programme allows you and a friend to receive £100/$120/€115 each, following the successful validation of a new customer. Please read the terms and conditions of the programme below, should you wish to refer a friend.


  • Referrers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when making a referral.
  • You cannot use the Travelnest referral programme if you do not have an account with Travelnest.
  • By using the Travelnest referral programme you will be using an account with Referral Rock (our referral software provider). All Travelnest customers will have an account created for them. 
  • The referred customer will qualify for the reward payment once they are a validated customer (live on selected channels).
  • Rewards apply only to referrals of brand-new customers to Travelnest and their first qualifying property only. 
  • Cash prizes will not be paid for any additional properties belonging to the same new customer or, for any additional properties belonging to an existing Travelnest customer.
  • The referral programme may be used by Travelnest employees.
  • Both the referrer and the referred customer will receive £100/$120/€115 each, paid within a week of validation to the bank account saved in your Travelnest account. 
  • There is no limit to the number of brand-new customers that can be referred.
  • Travelnest reserves the right to amend or close the referral programme at any time.
