Customer referral programme terms and conditions

Overview of benefits


Participate in the Travelnest referral programme to earn £100, $120, or €115 for both you and a friend. This reward is payable one month after your referred friend becomes a validated customer, under the following conditions:

  • The referred property must have been available for bookings for at least one month.
  • The property must be listed on either Booking.com or Airbnb via their Travelnest account.


Programme eligibility and participation


  • To participate, you must have an active Travelnest account.
  • Referrals must be made using the referral link set up on Referral Rock, our referral software provider. Travelnest will create this account and referral link for you. We cannot make payments out to referrals that weren't made using the provided link.
  • The programme is open to both Travelnest customers and employees.
  • You can refer multiple brand-new customers. There is no cap on the number of eligible referrals you can make.


Qualification for rewards


  • The reward applies only to the first qualifying property of a new customer referred to Travelnest.
  • Rewards are not applicable to any additional properties of the same new customer or any properties of existing Travelnest customers.


Payment details


  • Both the referrer and the referred customer will each receive the reward, paid into the bank account linked to your Travelnest account, within one week after the referred property has been available for bookings for one month.


Programme amendments


  • Travelnest reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
  • By making a referral, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
