Terms and Conditions - Register more properties

Register more properties with Travelnest by 31st March 2025 to earn up to £150.

Eligibility to enter 

1. You must be a registered host who already has at least one property registered with Travelnest.        
                                        

2. You will be eligible for £50 per additional property added to your account between 1st - 31st March 2025.

3. The maximum you will be eligible for is £150, or 3 additional properties added.

4. There is no cost to hosts. 

5. Each additional property must also be added and live on at least one of Booking.com or Airbnb. 

6. The property must be online for a full month and still be live by the 30th April 2025.

The remuneration

7. Our finance team will make the payments to the bank account linked to your Travelnest account. 

8. Failure to have a bank account linked to your account or inaccurate details on the 30th April 2025 will result in you not getting the bonus.

9. We will notify you on the 30th April 2025 if you have qualified for the reward and when to expect the payment to be made. 

10. Travelnest will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

11. The payment is non-transferable.

12. You will not be notified when payment has been made. 

13. The payment will only be applicable for additional properties added between 1st - 31st March 2025.

14. The payment will only be applicable for additional properties which are still live by the 30th April 2025.

15. The decision of Travelnest regarding any aspect of the remuneration is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Receipt of the payment 

16. Please allow 14 working days for payment to be processed from 30th April 2025. 

Data protection and publicity 

17. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Travelnest’s Privacy Notice. 

Limitation of Liability 

18. Travelnest does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this payment. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the host. 

General 

19. Travelnest reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 

20. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
