We are a marketing solution for vacation rental properties. We work with individual hosts and vacation rental businesses to help them create great listings which we distribute across the world’s best travel sites including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Holidu, HomeToGo and +Affiliates.

From luxury villas to serviced apartments, holiday lodge parks and wigwams, our aim is to increase your property's visibility to more guests, boost occupancy and increase your revenue as a result.

How does it work?

-Once you have registered with us and set up your Travelnest account, you can add your property information to your account.

-In your account, you'll provide essential information about your property that we use to create listings across your selected channels. This includes your property title, description, key amenities, pricing, and availability. Additionally, you can upload 24+ high-quality photos of your property. To assist you in creating an outstanding listing, our expert team has developed a suite of customer help guides, which you'll have access to.

-Next, you choose which booking sites you'd like your property to appear on. We work with the world's most popular travel sites including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Holidu, HomeToGo and +Affiliates.

-You can publish your account once you have added all the relevant information about your property, and your profile will be complete. Our team will then proceed to verify your account and provide a response within 72 hours.

-As soon as your property is verified, we start building listings for your chosen channels, and pushing them out to each site.

-We aim to have your listings live as soon as possible. We have direct connections with most of the channels we work so this can be as quick as a few days, however, some of the channels may take a little longer (usually no more than two weeks).
