How do I update my personal details?

We keep a profile of your information so that we can identify you as a Travelnest customer. We also use the information provided in your account to contact you and pay you for bookings, so it is important to ensure your contact details and bank information remains up-to-date.


How to review and update your personal details:

You can review and update this information at any time in your Travelnest account. You can update your information as follows: 

  • Log in to your Travelnest account.

  • Your personal details are stored in the 'my account' section.  

  • Here, you'll be shown your account overview which includes personal details, business and payment details and your password.

  • Update the required details, ensuring that sure all non-optional questions are answered.

  • Remember to save your changes on top of the page.
