How to close your account


We are sorry to hear you would like to close your account with us.

If you wish to proceed, please login to your Travelnest account, go to "My account" then chose the option "Account settings",press on "Leave Travelnest" button and follow the steps on the screen:




Once we receive your request, our Customer Success team member will get in touch with you after 24h.

At this point, your property has not yet been deactivated but your calendar would have been blocked to avoid further bookings. Complete account closures will be actioned once we have scheduled a call.




What happens when we close your account

We check which property/properties are live and confirm with you the one(s) you wish to deactivate. If you are closing your account, this normally means all properties are deactivated.

We then deactivate your property from your account. This means you will no longer be able to see the property in your account. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for a property to be delisted from all of your chosen channels. This is down to the individual channels themselves.


Travelnest Tip

If you see that your properties are still live on some channels after the 30-day period is up, please get in touch with us to resolve this.


Future bookings

If you have future bookings, as per our agreement, it is your responsibility to keep your Travelnest account open until after the last booking has taken place. This means you can still access the booking details and guest information.
