Stay up to date to avoid payment issues
Keeping your payment and payout details up to date ensures that your earnings are sent to the correct account. Follow the steps below to update your information.
Update payment method
A payment method is required to cover any future charges related to your bookings, such as cancellation fees or refunds due to guest complaints.
Steps:
- Log in: Sign in to your Travelnest account using your email and password.
- Navigate to Payment and Payout: From the left-hand menu, select My Account, then Payment and Payout.
- Add or update your payment method: In the Payment Method section, select Payout Method. Enter your card details and click Save Card.
Update payout method
This is where your earnings will be sent. You must have a valid payment method before updating your payout details. If your payout information is not visible, make sure you have added a payment method first.
A payment method is required to add or update payout details.
Steps:
- Choose your payout method:In the Payment Details section, select from the dropdown menu:
- UK Bank Account
- IBAN/SWIFT
- Non-IBAN Account
- Enter your payment details:
- UK Bank Accounts: Account name, sort code (6 digits), account number (8 digits)
- IBAN/SWIFT Accounts: Account name, IBAN (up to 43 characters), SWIFT/BIC (8–11 characters)
- Non-IBAN Accounts: Account name, account number (8 digits), SWIFT (8–11 characters)
- Add an invoice email address (optional): Enter an email if you want invoices sent to a specific address.
- Save your changes: Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. Updates may take up to 7 days to process.
Important notes
Double-check all payment details to avoid delays.
- Ensure your business details are completed in the Basic Information section before adding payment details.
- For security reasons, payment details cannot be changed frequently. Contact our support team if needed.
- Remember: A payment method is required to add or update payout details.
