Updating your payment and payout details in Travelnest ensures that your earnings are sent to the correct account. Follow the steps below to update your payment information:
Update payment method
A payment method is required to cover any future charges related to your bookings, such as cancellation fees or refunds due to guest complaints.
Step 1: Log into your Travelnest account
Visit the Travelnest website and log in using your email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Payment and payout
On the left-hand menu, select My Account and then select Payment and payout.
Step 3: Update your payment method
In the Payment method section, select Payout Method. Add your card details and select Save card.
Your payment method will be saved to your account and used to cover any future charges related to your bookings, including cancellation fees or refunds due to guest complaints.

This is where we will send your earnings.
Please be aware that a valid payment method is necessary to add or update your payout method. If you're trying to update your payout details but can't see your current payout information, ensure you have added a payment method. A payment method is required to add or update payout details.
Step 1: Update your payout method
In the Payment Details section, choose your Payout Method from the dropdown menu:
UK Bank Account
IBAN/SWIFT
Non-IBAN Account
Step 2: Enter your payment details
Depending on your chosen method, provide the required information:
For UK Bank Accounts: Provide the account name, sort code (6 digits), and account number (8 digits).
For IBAN/SWIFT Accounts: Provide the account name, IBAN (up to 43 characters), and SWIFT/BIC (8-11 characters).
For Non-IBAN Accounts: Provide the account name, account number (8 digits), and SWIFT (8-11 characters).
Step 3: Add an invoice email address
If you wish to receive invoices at a specific email address, enter it in the Invoice Email Address field (optional).
Step 4: Save your changes
Once you have entered the necessary information, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page. Changes may take up to 7 days to process.
Important notes
Double-check your payment details to ensure accuracy. Incorrect details may delay your payments.
Ensure your business details are completed in the "Basic Information" section before adding payment details.
For security reasons, payment details cannot be changed frequently. Contact our support team if you need assistance.
If you're trying to update your payout details but can't see your current payout information, ensure you have added a payment method. A payment method is required to add or update payout details.
