How to complete our ID verification

This guide is designed to walk you through the steps needed to provide your ID for verification. 



Why do we need your ID?

 

We require your ID as part of our verification process, which aims to ensure the safety of our guests and hosts. This step provides everyone with peace of mind when using our service.

 

Rest assured, our team will complete the verification within 72 hours, keeping you updated throughout the process. Once your property is verified, we'll send you a welcome email and start creating listings for you on your chosen booking sites. We maintain direct relationships with most of these sites, enabling us to get your listings live as swiftly as possible.



To provide your ID, please follow the instructions below:



1. Choose either the QR code or the unique link provided.






2. You'll be prompted to use your mobile device if not already doing so.






3. A welcome screen greets you.






4. You'll be asked to consent to share your information.




5. You'll be asked to select the type of ID you wish to upload.



6You'll be prompted to take a photo of the front of your ID.





7. You'll receive a notification that your ID is being uploaded.




8. Next, you'll be asked to upload an image of the back of your ID.




9 A message will confirm that this is being uploaded.




10. You'll be asked if you wish to upload any other documents.





11. You'll be notified that the liveness check is about to start.




12. Follow the camera instructions for the liveness check.






13. You'll receive a message informing you that your information is being scanned.





14. Finally, you'll receive a confirmation that your submission has been received.
