When you'll receive payment for bookings
We understand that it’s important to know when you’ll be paid for your bookings. To ensure payments are processed correctly, please make sure your account information is complete and up to date.
Information required to receive payment
To receive payments, please check that the following details are correctly entered in your Travelnest account. These details are mandatory for payments to be processed.
Personal or business information:
Go to My Account > Basic Information and ensure all your details are filled in and accurate. This includes your contact information and correspondence/billing address. You can review or update them here.
Payment and payout details:
Under My Account > Payment and payout, check that you’ve added:
A payment method (your card details)
A payout method (the bank account where we send your earnings). You can review or add them here.
Payment schedule
All payments are made after guest arrival and processed every Wednesday for bookings with arrivals in the previous calendar week.
For example, if a guest checks in between Monday 1st and Sunday 6th, payment will be made on Wednesday 10th. Check our payment guide here.
You’ll receive an email statement on Wednesday when your payment is processed. This means the payment has been issued by Travelnest, but it may take additional time to appear in your bank account.
For GBP accounts: Payments typically arrive within 2–3 days after being processed. This timeframe is based on your bank's BACS processing time and is outside of our control. You should see your payment in your account by Friday.
For non-GBP accounts: Payments can take up to 4 days to arrive, depending on your bank’s processing times.
