How to remove your property from a booking site

If you wish to remove your property from a specific booking site, you can do this in the 'Channels' section of your Travelnest account. 


Please note that deselecting one booking site will not affect any other live listings you have on your account.

 



How do I deselect a booking site?

  • Log in to your account and, from your home page, click on the 'Channels' section.



  • Here, you will see all the booking sites where we can list your property. Please note that choosing fewer websites may reduce the chances of promoting your property to a broader audience and receiving bookings. On the other hand, selecting more websites increases the chances of receiving bookings for your property.


  • To deselect a booking site (e.g. Airbnb), 'untick the box' next to the booking site from which you want to remove your property. Then, click on 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page. 




How long will it take for my listing to be removed from the booking site?

Once this change has been made, this triggers the delisting process on the specific website. The listing status for your property will change to 'Removal in Progress' within a day of deselecting the booking site.

 

Please note it can take between 5-7 days for your listing to be removed. When this is complete, the booking site will no longer show in the 'View all live listings' section of your Property Profile.
