Viewing your live listings
It’s important to know when and where your property is live. Here’s how to check all your listings through Travelnest and understand when they’ll appear on each booking site.
When will my property be live on booking sites?
We aim to get your property live on your chosen booking sites as quickly as possible.
For the majority of our partner booking sites — Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Holidu, HomeToGo and +Affiliates, your listings will usually be live within one to two weeks at most. However, in some circumstances, it can take a little longer. With Expedia, for example, listings can take up to two weeks to go live.
While you can view all your live listings directly from your Travelnest account, please note that we don’t have control over how your listings appear on affiliate sites. Because of this, listings from affiliate channels won’t be shown in your Travelnest account.
Where can I find my listings and view them?
- Log in to your Travelnest account.
- Select Properties from the main dashboard, then choose the property you want to see the live listings for.

- Once you select the property, you'll see the View listings option right under your cover photo. Click on that to view your listings.

- You’ll see all the booking sites where your property is currently live, along with their status. To view a specific listing, select the channel, and you’ll be taken directly to your listing on that booking platform.

If your listings aren't live yet
If any listings are showing as Not live, don’t worry — it can take up to two weeks after completing your property details for all listings to go live.
If your listings are still not live after that time, please reach out to our Customer Support team here, and they will be happy to look into it for you.
