How to close your account

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to close your account with us. To complete the closure, we’ll need to have a quick call with you.

To proceed, please log in to your Travelnest account, go to “My account”, then choose “Account settings” From there, click the “Schedule a call” button and follow the on-screen steps. The final step will be scheduling a call with our team to complete the closure process.

After scheduling your call, your property will remain bookable. If you wish to stop receiving bookings, please block your calendar(s). Any upcoming bookings will still go ahead unless you choose to cancel them. (Read our Cancellations Guide for more information.)

What happens when we close your account

If, after the call, you confirm that you'd like to proceed with closing your account, our team will check which property or properties are currently live and confirm which ones you wish to deactivate. In most cases, closing your account means all properties will be deactivated.

We will then deactivate your property or properties from your account. Once deactivated, they will no longer be visible in your Travelnest dashboard. Please note it can take up to 30 days for listings to be fully removed from all channels—this depends on the individual channel’s processing times.

Travelnest Tip

If your properties are still showing as live on any channels after 30 days, please get in touch with us and we’ll help resolve this.

Future bookings

If you have future bookings, you must keep your Travelnest account open until after your final booking has taken place. This ensures you still have access to booking details and guest information.
