Direct booking reviews

We are excited to share that you can now view reviews from your Airbnb and Booking.com listings on your Direct Booking website. This new feature will help you display past reviews from previous guests, allowing potential guests to see what others have experienced.

We've combined your ratings from both sites into one overall star rating out of 5. Plus, we've gathered and put all the written reviews from both sites in one place. You're all set, there's nothing you need to do.

We are looking at reviews and ratings on other listing sites to increase the number of reviews your potential guests can see, and we'll be looking to add these in the future.

Can I add existing reviews from outside of Travelnest?

Not at the moment. We need the functionality to incorporate reviews from external sources to verify them.

Can I request to remove reviews? 

Currently, we don't offer the option to remove reviews. 

Can I import my own reviews? 

Initially, we don't have the capability for hosts to import their own reviews. However, we are actively developing our platform and plan to include this functionality in a future release.
