How can I update the details of my property?

The Travelnest account makes it easy to edit and make changes to your property information. For example, if you want to add new amenities, update your photos or add new pricing, all of this information is held in your Property Profile

Having the right information in your profile means we can create high performing listings for your property which beat the competition on every booking site. It’s important to review all the information in each section of your property profile. Check and complete each section. Ensure the information you have added is correct and does the best possible job of showcasing your property to guests. 

We recommend reviewing your property information regularly, to ensure it is accurate, and up-to-date and showcases your property in the best possible way.

What is the Property Profile?


The Property Profile is where all the information about your property and how you want to list it is held; everything from your photos, written description, booking availability and house rules are found here. 

The Property Profile section has three main areas as follows:

Note that: All the sections of your Property Profile need to be completed to be able to go live on booking sites.

How to update your Property profile details


  • Log in to your Travelnest account and from your Home page, select the Property you would like to update your property details. 


  • As soon as you select the property, several sections will appear on the right-hand side. These include 'Listing Details', 'Pricing and Availability', and 'Property Details'. If you wish to make any changes within these sections, simply click on the option you want to modify.
  • For instance, if you want to change your promotional options, click on 'Promotions'. This action will display all the available promotions for you to choose from.

  • In the example below you can see that as soon you choose a promotion you'll have the option to save your changes

Frequently asked questions

1. What happens when I save changes to my property information?

A: When you click 'save changes' Travelnest pushes any edits you've made to your chosen channels immediately. However, the time it takes for edits to show on booking sites varies - this is controlled by the channels themselves rather than Travelnest.

2. Does every section have the option to save my changes and cancel them if I need to?


A: Yes, in every section of your account, you'll have the option to either save your changes or cancel them. If you happen to forget to click 'Save Changes', our platform will promptly display a message asking if you would like to save or cancel your changes, as shown in the example below:
