Visit the Travelnest website and log in using your email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to "Basic Information"
Once logged in, select "Basic Information" from the menu on the left-hand side under the "My Account"section.
Step 3: Update your details
Depending on whether you are an individual or a Limited company (or equivalent), follow the relevant instructions below:
For individuals:
In the Basic Information section:
My Details: Edit your First Name and Last Name as needed.
Contact Details: Update your email, correspondence email, and phone number to ensure accurate communication. We may need your number to contact you about your account or bookings.
Your Address: Enter your home address, including all mandatory fields like Address Line 1, City, Postcode, and Country/Region.
For Limited companies or equivalents:
In the Basic Information section:
Business Details: Select "Yes" to indicate you are a Limited company (or equivalent).
Director Details: Provide the First Name and Last Name of the director who will act as the guarantor for the account.
Contact Details: Update your email, correspondence email, and phone number to ensure accurate communication.
Company Details: Provide your company name, trading name (if applicable), registration number, and VAT registration status.
Company Address: Add your business’s correspondence address, including address lines, city, and postcode.
Step 4: Save your changes
Once you’ve made your updates, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
