What is the new calendar feature on Mobile app?
The new calendar feature is designed to help Travelnest hosts manage their bookings more efficiently. It provides a comprehensive overview of all upcoming bookings, blocked dates, and synced calendars in one convenient place.
You can easily download from the App Store (iOS and iPadOS) or Google Play store (Android), and login using your Travelnest details.
How do I access the new calendar feature?
You can access the new calendar feature through the Travelnest app on both iOS and Android devices. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Calendar’ tab to start using it.
Can I manage multiple properties with this calendar?
Yes, if you have multiple properties, you can view and manage each one separately. The first screen will show a list of all your properties. Simply select the property you want to view to see its bookings and calendar.
What information can I see in the calendar?
The calendar shows all your upcoming bookings, blocked dates, and any synced calendars. You can also tap on any booking to view detailed information, such as guest names, stay duration, check-in and check-out times, and payment details.
What is the time range for viewing my availability on the mobile app calendar?
You can easily check your property's availability. You can review availability for the past three months and up to the next two years.
How do I view booking details?
To view booking details, simply tap on a booking in the calendar. This will bring up a detailed view showing the guest’s name, stay duration, check-in and check-out times, number of guests, payment information, and options to contact the guest.
Can I sync the calendar with other booking platforms?
Currently, syncing your calendar with other booking platforms can only be done through the Travelnest website. We are working to add this feature to the mobile app soon.
Can I block dates in the calendar?
Blocking dates in the calendar can currently only be done through the Travelnest website. We are working to add this feature to the mobile app soon.
