Where do I add my payment details and correspondence address?

It is essential to add both your bank details and correspondence address to your Travelnest account. 

Without this information, we are unable to pay you for any bookings. 

Where you can see and amend these details

Once you have completed adding your property details to Travelnest, you'll see the Dashboard area. Click on 'my account' to find the areas you need to complete, as soon you complete those areas, please click on 'save changes'. 

  • Personal details: Name, email address for correspondence and email address where invoices should be sent.
  • Business and payment details: Business name, business address and payment details.
  • Password: You can update your password here.

Please ensure that all fields in these sections are complete so we can pay you for any bookings. Please remember to save your changes.

Completing business and payment details

  1. Account/sort code: this is for UK bank account holders only.
  2. IBAN/SWIFT: this is for non-UK bank account holders with a bank account which participates in the IBAN system.
  3. Account only: this is for non-UK bank account holders where the country their bank account is held does not participate in the IBAN system.

Important information

If the country where your bank account is held does participate in the IBAN/SWIFT system, please note that you must choose this option, otherwise payments will fail.
