How to handle listings you already have on other platforms
If you already have listings on booking sites like Airbnb or Booking.com before joining Travelnest, here’s what you need to know.
We don’t transfer existing listings into Travelnest. Instead, you’ll create new listings with us. To prevent duplicate listings on the same platforms, you must snooze your existing listings on those sites. This ensures your property is listed only once per booking site, maintaining visibility and avoiding confusion for guests.
If you do not snooze your existing listings, you cannot list the same property on Travelnest for those platforms. However, you may continue to manage direct bookings independently or on platforms not used with Travelnest.
To help prevent double bookings, you can connect the calendars of your existing listings to your Travelnest calendar using our iCal sync tool. If you choose to sync calendars, make sure to deselect any booking sites you do not want to use with Travelnest via the Channels section of your account.
How to snooze your listings
You can find detailed instructions on snoozing your listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other channels here.
Please note that snoozing is a temporary deactivation, not a permanent removal, so you will still have access to your accounts if you ever want to re-enable those listings.
Building your new listings with Travelnest
Once you’ve joined Travelnest, you provide us with all the details we need to build your new listings and distribute them across more than 30 booking sites.
With Travelnest, you can manage all your listings from one central account — saving time, simplifying updates, and eliminating the need to log in to multiple platforms.
