How to view your calendar using the mobile app

The Travelnest mobile app makes it easy to keep track of your bookings, blocked dates, and synced calendars. Whether you manage a single property or multiple properties, you can effortlessly view and manage your calendar on the go. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use the calendar feature in the Travelnest mobile app.

How to view your calendar for a Single Property

• If you have a single property linked to your Travelnest account, your calendar view will be simple and easy to navigate as follows:

Access the calendar tab

• Open the Travelnest mobile app and tap on the “Calendar” tab located at the bottom of the screen.

View your calendar

Upon entering the calendar tab, you’ll immediately see the calendar for your property. The calendar will display a scrollable view showing bookings, blocked dates, and synced calendars.

• Bookings: You can see both upcoming bookings and the past three months of completed bookings.
• Blocked dates: Any dates you have blocked out through the web app will also appear here.
• Synced calendars: If you’ve synced your calendar with other booking sites (like Airbnb or Booking.com), those bookings will also be visible.

Interacting with the Calendar

View booking details

• Tap on any booking (upcoming or completed) to view more detailed information about that booking. This will take you to the booking details screen, where you can see guest details, payment information, and more.

Scroll through dates

• The calendar allows you to scroll forward to see up to a year’s worth of future bookings and three months of past bookings.

How to view your calendar for Multiple Properties

• If you manage multiple properties, the Travelnest mobile app provides a comprehensive view that helps you manage your entire portfolio efficiently.

Access the multi-property calendar

• Open the Travelnest mobile app and tap on the “Calendar” tab at the bottom of the screen.

• When you land on the calendar tab with multiple properties, you’ll see a multi-calendar view. This view displays all of your properties in a horizontal scrolling list.
• Day-by-day view: Each property will show a day-by-day breakdown of bookings, blocked dates, and other events, allowing you to easily monitor availability across all your properties.

Jump to Single Property View

• If you want to focus on a specific property, tap on the property nickname. This action will switch the view to a single property calendar, with the same detailed interactions as mentioned earlier for single property owners.

View Booking Details

• Just like in the single property view, you can tap on any booking to view more detailed information, including guest details, payment information, and more.
