In this guide, you'll learn how to check and view all your live listings through Travelnest, as well as understand when your listings will be live on booking sites.
When will my property be live on booking sites?
We aim to get your property live on your chosen booking sites as quickly as possible.
For the majority of our partner booking sites - Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Holidu, HomeToGo and +Affiliates your listings will usually be live within one to two weeks at the most.
However, in some circumstances, it can take a little longer. With Expedia for example, listings can take up to two weeks to go live.
While you can view all your live listings from each booking site in your Travelnest account, please note that we have no control over how your listings appear to guests on affiliate booking sites. Therefore our platform won't display any listings from affiliates.
Where can I find my listings and view them?
- Log in to your Travelnest account.
Select Properties from the main dashboard, then choose the property you want to see the live listings for.
As soon as you select the property on the right-hand side, you'll see the 'View listings' option. Click on that to check your listings.
This will direct you to the current live listings, where you can view their status. To view a specific listing, click on the 'Live Status' option. Our platform will then take you directly to your live listing.
What should I do if my listings are not live yet?
If you have any listings that are showing as 'Not live', please note it can take up to two weeks for all listings to go live after you have completed your property details. If there are any that are not live after two weeks, please don’t hesitate to contact us on [email protected].
For additional information on common issues that may prevent your property listing(s) from being listed, read our guide here.
