Property Score recommendations

To boost your property's visibility on over 30 websites, follow as many recommendations as possible. Click 'update' to implement a recommendation, and our platform will take you directly to the relevant section. In the example below we have chosen to ‘update photos’.

How is my property score calculated?

Your Property Score is based on 18 different factors in your Travelnest account. It's created from the information you have added about your property. Each factor is given a weighting, based on how channels prioritise listing information in search algorithms and guest search results. To calculate your score, we use a range of factors including:

• Photos (number, orientation and quality).

• Cancellation flexibility.

• Most requested amenities (e.g. Wi-Fi).

• Number of channels you list on.

• House rules (do you allow infants, children, pets etc).

• Additional costs (do you have a security deposit or cleaning fee).
• Pricing (number of priced days within the next 2 years).

Please keep in mind that in addition to the key factors mentioned above, to achieve a high score, you also need to offer the following:

• Good availability (lots of available dates in your calendar).

• A low minimum length of stay (we recommend allowing 1,2 and 3-night stays)
