Why can't I list my property? Restricted locations

At Travelnest, we have a list of countries that we cannot onboard. Unfortunately, there are some restrictions on properties in certain countries that are beyond our control. These restrictions are usually set by the channels themselves. For example, Booking.com has a policy that does not allow us to list properties in Brazil. Although we wish we could do more, we cannot negotiate these restrictions.

If you've published your account with us and notice your property isn’t live on channels after a few days, we highly recommend reading this guide. It’s possible your property might be in a restricted country. If the country where your property is located isn’t mentioned in this guide, don’t worry! Travelnest

• Cuba - Geo-political reasons. Google Maps API (used by the channel when the property is built by API)
• Iran - Geo-political reasons.
• Russia - Geo-political reasons (temporary measure).
• Belarus - Geo-political reasons (temporary measure).
• Ukraine - Geo-political reasons (temporary measure).

Airbnb

• India - Indian properties must be priced in Rupees, but we don’t have that currency in our system currently.
• Malawi
• Northern Cyprus - Geo-political reasons. Google Maps API does not recognize this disputed territory.
• USA - Airbnb requires us to provide certain tax information for hosts within the US, which we cannot ask for in our product right now. We can still list on other channels, but owners should list directly on Airbnb.

Booking.com

• Brazil - Properties must be priced in local currency, which we don’t support.
• Bulgaria - Properties must be priced in local currency, which we don’t support.
• Malawi
• Northern Cyprus - Geo-political reasons. Google Maps API does not recognize this disputed territory.
• Romania - Properties must be priced in local currency, which we don’t support.
• Vietnam - Properties must be priced in local currency, which we don’t support.

Expedia
