Travelnest's property score can help you identify areas needing improvement, optimize your listings, and increase bookings on over 30 booking sites. 


The property score is a rating system considering several factors, including cancellation preferences, amenities selected, listing description accuracy, and channels chosen.


Having a high property score can attract more bookings, whereas a low score may discourage potential guests from making a reservation.


Where can I find my Property Score?

Log in to your Travelnest account, click on ‘Property score’, then select the property from the drop-down box to read and follow the recommendations to improve its score.

  • Every property you list with us has a unique Property Score with a maximum of 100 points.

  • This score is your personal guide to understanding how appealing your property is to potential guests, based on what they value most. Imagine unlocking up to five times more bookings just by boosting your score!  

  • Our data shows that properties with the highest scores can attract up to 5X more bookings!

How is my property score calculated?

Your Property Score is based on 18 different factors in your Travelnest account. It's created from the information you have added about your property. Each factor is given a weighting, based on how channels prioritise listing information in search algorithms and guest search results. To calculate your score, we use a range of factors including:
