Where can I find guest information?

For every booking you receive, our bookings team will send you a confirmation email and an SMS which contains all the relevant booking information including:

  • Name of property.
  • Check-in/check-out dates.
  • Guest name & guest contact details.
  • Payment details
  • Any comments that guests have left for you.


You can also see guest information for each booking in your Travelnest account under the "Bookings" section. You'll just need to click on the booking to have access to the contact information. You'll also be able to see the booking source and the date the booking was made. Please note, that this is all the guest information we hold and cannot provide further information passed this.

Booking details

When a booking is received

New bookings appear in your account at the time of booking. Bookings are processing until processed and confirmed by our team. Once this is completed, an email confirmation and an SMS of the booking will be sent to you. This will provide details including:

  • Name of property.
  • Check-in/check-out dates.
  • Guest name & guest contact details.
  • Payment details
  • Any comments that guests have left for you.

At this point, we recommend that you reach out to your guests directly to make contact and share any important details such as any terms and conditions, arrival instructions etc.
